Congratulations to Marcella Manivel E22 for this amazing recognition! In 2021, Marcella joined the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities Mathematics Department as a PhD student. Since then, she has “demonstrated unwavering dedication to mentorship, service, and student leadership” through various roles such as serving as the President of Gender Minorities in Mathematics and an instructor/counselor for the Girls Excel in Mathematics Summer Camp. The 2025 President’s Student Leadership & Service Award recognizes Marcella’s outstanding leadership and service to the STEM community.
