We are excited to announce the 8th annual Temple Graduate Student Conference in Algebra, Geometry, and Topology (GTA Philadelphia).

The conference will take place May 26 – 28, 2023, at Temple University. The plenary speakers are:

Jennifer Hom (Georgia Institute of Technology)
Sara Maloni (University of Virginia)
Craig Sutton (Dartmouth College)
John Voight (Dartmouth College)

We will also feature a panel discussion surrounding labor organizing as it pertains to students’ roles as both researchers and instructors of mathematics.

Graduate students have the opportunity to give ~20 minute research talks. We have NSF funding to support US-institution-based student participants, and particularly encourage members of underrepresented groups to apply.

For more information please see our website: GTA Philly 2023. Participants should register by Monday, April 17th. Titles and Abstracts must be submitted by Monday, April 17th.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at gta.temple.math@gmail.com.

Sincerely,
The 2023 GTA Philadelphia Organizers
