Diana Campbell is a Commercial Real Estate broker and  Senior Partner at Dudley Thomas Spade Specialized Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate brokerage based in Atlanta. Ms. Campbell leads the Government Services Team which provides real estate advisory services to Georgia school districts, municipalities and developers of state office facilities. Her particular specialty is in industrial assets and her clients are companies in the transportation and logistics sector. Diana is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, serves as a board member in the GA CCIM chapter, and chairs the university outreach and scholarship committee. Diana is also a leader within the Atlanta Black Chambers, serving as Chair of the Transportation and Logistics Committee.

Prior to real estate in Atlanta, Ms. Campbell led workforce development efforts as the founding Executive Director of Year Up, Philadelphia,  She prepared young adults (ages 18-24) for roles in corporate America. Based at Pierce College, Year Up provided 6 months of  professional coaching and IT coursework prior to a 6-month internship at corporations like JPMorgan, Bank of America and Comcast.

Before that, Campbell served as Vice President of Teaching and Learning at the Philadelphia Education Fund (Ed Fund) and was the founding director the Philadelphia Teacher Residency (PTR). A partnership between the Ed Fund, Drexel University Graduate School of Education and University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate Schools of Education, PTR helped former STEM professionals become teachers in high need Philadelphia schools. She came to that work from a National Science Foundation Project called Math and Science Partnership of Greater Philadelphia, a collaboration between 13 colleges and dozens of school districts in Greater Philadelphia. She created and led its initiatives to enhance the quality, quantity and diversity of math and science teachers.

This entire body of work in STEM education was an extension of and inspired by assisting in the development of the Enhancing Diversity in Graduate Education (EDGE) program. Diana was the founding coordinator of EDGE, a program that helped women transition from undergraduate institutions to achieving PhDs in the mathematical sciences. The work of EDGE continues today having supported more than 100 women earn their PhD. Proudly, each of the programs Ms. Campbell has cultivated, engaged, and led has persisted, impacting the career trajectories of hundreds, often supporting individuals going beyond both the barriers and expectations set by existing structures. 

Diana holds a B.S. and M.S. in mathematics from Spelman College and Rutgers University respectively.  She produced two podcasts, including Insider Insights, that featured 146 business community leaders around the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and thirteen episodes of Careers in Transportation, profiling the industrial sector in which she does business. Ms. Campbell is an avid racquet sport (platform tennis—paddle, not pickle—and tennis) player. She is a still-in-love wife to Dr. Garikai Campbell and an over-the-moon proud mother of three sons: William, Robert and George.
